Terms and Conditions *

1. SHOWING YOUR CAR We encourage cars to remain on site at the Fox Classic Car Collection (FCCC) for the duration of the event (9am-1pm). Care must be taken to avoid any contact with pedestrians and buildings while entering and exiting and cars must be driven at walking pace. 2. COSTS There are no fees to display your vehicle at the Cars and Coffee event. 3. CAPACITY Car spaces are strictly limited and bookings are essential. You'll receive email notification of your participation within 7 days of application being received. 4. CAR PARKING - Cars should be on site by 8.45am and off-site by 2pm. - Any vehicles remaining on site after 2pm will be locked in and penalties will apply to allow after hours collection. - FCCC will act as traffic management for this event and spaces will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. 5. CLEANING AND WASTE DISPOSAL All rubbish is to be taken off site. 6. LOCATION Vehicle access is via the following address. Fox Classic Car Collection 1 Batmans Hill Drive Docklands VIC 3008 7. AMBULANT ACCESS Ambulant access is available in all areas of the museum. 8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FCCC takes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to the participants or participants vehicles on the FCCC site for the setup, duration and pack down of the event and participation is at users own risk.
